What should the file look like?
| Column | Needed | Example |
|---|
| DatumThe day; its readings are the meters at the start of it | Required | 2026-09-01 |
| Meterstand laagtarief (El 1)The low-tariff meter, in kWh | Required | 5733 |
| Meterstand hoogtarief (El 2)The high-tariff meter, in kWh | Required | 8164 |
| Verbruik laag tariefLow-tariff usage during the day, in kWh; only checked | Optional | 1 |
| Verbruik hoog tariefHigh-tariff usage during the day, in kWh; only checked | Optional | 3 |
| Geschat?J when Eneco estimated the readings; those days are skipped | Optional | N |
Required columns must be in the file and filled in on every row. Optional ones may be left out, or left empty.
- An Excel workbook (.xlsx). Only the sheet 'Standen per dag' is read; its first row that names the columns is the header, rows above it are skipped, and the order of the columns does not matter.
- On eneco.nl: Verbruik, choose the period, and download the report (Verbruik_<from>-<to>.xlsx).
- Estimated days are left out: a counter loses nothing from a gap, and an import never replaces a stored value, so an estimate stored now would stay after the real reading arrives.
The sheet, for example:
